“Außen Hui innen pfui”
Nobody was hurt, but we unfortunately had to spend more time at the reception than usual. The exterior looked nice, yet our room was a complete nightmare. After the first night we were allowed to move because the room was filthy, in disrepair, and right in front of an open‑air disco that ran until 23:00, which made it impossible for my 5‑month‑old daughter to sleep under the loud music. We were offered to send someone to clean, but that should have been standard—at least a fresh duvet, a non‑sticky, hair‑covered floor, and no leftover toilet residue from previous guests, along with other bathroom issues. The next day we checked out, stored our luggage, and later that afternoon we were promised a supposedly quieter and cleaner room. The cleanliness was acceptable this time (though rooms were never cleaned during our stay, even though the information sheet said no cleaning on Thursdays), but the noise was as if we were backstage at a side‑hotel stage. After more sleepless nights and no baby bed (no idea how many times we had to ask), we left two days early. At breakfast, every other plate and cutlery was dirty, and it was advisable to arrive right at the start (normally breakfast starts at 8:00, which in a kids’ hotel should not be too hard to notice); apparently many items were not restocked after an hour. We and several other guests we met during daily waits at the reception will definitely not return.
