Located on a quiet Brno-Masaryk street beside a park, the boutique Bed&Breakfast & Apartment Klafé occupies a refurbished 1930s building. Units feature parquet floors, seating areas, TVs, modern showers, and one apartment offers a terrace with two bedrooms. Breakfast and homemade pastries are served in the ground‑floor café, with free parking and a tram stop 100 m away.

Everything was perfect: the apartment’s equipment, the terrace seating, breakfast at the café Klafé, and especially the incredibly pleasant staff. I’ll come back :)

The location is fantastic, set in a quiet area yet only a short walk from the city center and the train station. The room was spotless and nicely furnished, and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast at the nearby café was amazing 😀

The apartment felt very damp and cold, especially in the bedroom. Sleeping there was unpleasant – the bedding and the bed itself were cold and damp. The apartment is below ground level (accessed by stairs down), which isn’t obvious from the photos. The chill and high humidity really spoiled our stay, even though the apartment looks beautiful in pictures. I would not choose it again because of the bedroom environment.
