We had a decent stay overall; the rooms were tidy and the microwave and fridge worked until the power cut. The smart mirrors were a highlight. The staff were friendly. On the downside, the TV had very few channels and the Wi‑Fi was difficult to connect to. We were also missing ice every day, which was a problem for my strict diet; I wished the breakfast had scrambled eggs so I could eat. The hotel lost power the second night—an act of God, I understand, but the lack of a backup generator was shocking; other hotels I’ve stayed at have generators so guests aren’t affected. We were without power from early evening until about 2 am, and there was no water so we couldn’t use the toilet. I brought food for my diet, but it all had to be thrown out, including expensive seafood. The hotel offered a partial refund, which I appreciated.

NOTHING!!They called and cancelled our rooms 2 hours before check in.Stating they had an electrical issues they knew about fir 2 days prior but we're hoping it was fixed .Would have been nice to know more than 2 hours before check in.Funny thing we had others in our group that they still had rooms at sane place. Short notice to having cancelled our rooms

The Wi‑Fi was unusable, and there was no working outlet to plug anything in. I paid too much for a stay I couldn’t use, and we had to cut our stay short because of the poor conditions.

Nothing positive. The rug was so dirty that my socks turned black, and the toilet didn’t work.
