Location. I found a white‑tailed spider in my room beside where my toddler was sitting.

Welcoming staff that gave us a two bedroom family room as a free upgrade. Tissues on the table. Comfy beds. Great value for money. Excellent location. Shower pressure could be better but good enough to get clean

Car park right outside the room door. Clean and spacious. Brilliant location. Nothing.

It's an older style motel, but the owners have done a great job creating a modern and comfortable stay

The spot is great—quiet neighborhood but close to Hagley Park, restaurants, and shops. The unit was comfy but a bit dated, missing a mirror over the sink and the wall heater wasn’t secured properly.
