The old building right on the waterfront was lovely and had everything you could possibly need, with no negatives.
“Staff and location were great”
The location and staff were good, but we found a bunch of hairs on our sheets, the shower wasn’t clean, and the room had a noticeable smell.
Location is perfect. You can get anywhere around Bristol. Nothing
The spot was great and the staff were friendly; I booked the whole dorm and had it to myself, yet the room’s odor was gut‑wrenching—possibly sewage from a hot summer day. The toilet hadn’t been flushed even though the bathroom door was closed, and the smell was so strong I had to leave the room for a few hours to ventilate it. I wouldn’t stay again, though the staff were pleasant and other reviews were positive, so I understand this might not be everyone's experience.
The location was superb and the whole place was clean and vibrant, but the bed wasn’t very comfy; since we stayed only one night it wasn’t a huge issue.
