The staff were very unprofessional and rude, and the property feels outdated and in need of renovation.

The location is clean, but the beds are either too big or too small and the pillows are extremely hard.

Very good transport connections to the E6, sound insulation, free parking, good breakfast, good value for money. The breakfast selection could be larger.
