The hotel meets travelers’ needs reasonably well. I want to highlight two staff members: Gabriela from the restaurant and Fabian from reception. They were extremely polite and kind, making a difference. The mattress is worn and sinks, causing discomfort. The location is not ideal for city sightseeing.

The bed was comfortable, the Wi‑Fi was good (71D/89U), and the breakfast was very nice. The location was pleasant, surrounded by many less touristy spots, and the windows were soundproof. Still, the heater in the room didn’t work, and the shower was only tepid on days two and three after being pleasantly hot on the first day, so the soundproof windows couldn’t mask the noise from neighboring rooms.
