The reception was friendly and straightforward, and the staff were reachable for any questions. The room was clean, well equipped, and the location was great with a view of the harbor. Pets were welcome. We only booked one night, but we would have liked to stay longer. The only downside was the stairs on the 4th floor.

The room was very original, and the shared kitchen was a good idea for meeting other guests. The downside was that on the 4th floor it was hard to move luggage.

The residence is quite close to Principe station and within walking distance of old Genoa. Our host Leonardo was friendly and helpful, and he also prepared our breakfasts.

The room for three people was spacious, the bathroom was large and normal, and the breakfast was good. We chose it mainly because of its proximity to Principe station. The only issue was traffic noise when the window was open, but at night the blinds and the window shut the noise down a lot.

Nothing positive. The room was noisy, the shared bathroom and kitchen were also not great.
