The people were super friendly and the room was great for a quick overnight stay. We were in the Tilburg area for a party and needed a place to sleep, and the breakfast was cozy and welcoming with excellent service.

A pair of charming Dutch gentlemen hosted us in a B&B that kept its original style. Their kindness was incredible, the breakfast was superb, and the area was very quiet. The only downside is that getting in with large luggage is a bit awkward.

The breakfast is definitely the highlight. The house is a 18‑minute drive from Efteling. The room is shared with kids, so there is no door and the bathroom is not private. I always flag that feature, and in this case the shower and toilet were an external bathroom with two separate doors (one for us, one private to the owners). It feels very uncomfortable to be in the bathroom knowing someone could enter at any moment. The bathroom feels like an extreme shared space; I didn’t see anyone leave, but when I arrived there was paper and in the morning my husband told me the shower had been used. The two independent doors give a sense of insecurity if someone enters. If you want a private bathroom in the room, this isn’t it; there is only a sink in the room itself. The check‑in and check‑out times are very limited, so be careful. I was charged a supplement for arriving 15 minutes late.

It’s located in a nice, calm area. The hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was beyond words.
