Best price‑quality ratio: the beds are very comfortable, the facilities are perfect, amazing service, a perfect place to relax. The monkey temple is nearby. If you want to see anything else (aside from the monkey temple) you need to arrange transport.

The place was nice and clean; the hosts were super friendly and very helpful, and I’d give it a 10/10 and recommend it.

The room was clean, quiet, and spacious with a balcony that offered great city views, and the staff were helpful and hospitable. The hostel sits right next to Swayambhu Mahachaitya (Monkey Temple), making it a perfect first spot to see in the city. The neighborhood has several excellent cafés—especially Cafe Nomada, Salt and Pepper, and BIA Cafe. Even though it’s not in the town center, ordering a bike or car through an app into the city is inexpensive.

Everything was great. The owner and his family were fantastic and assisted with every question. The mattress was a bit stiff.

The location is amazing, perched up the hill with a breathtaking view over the city and very close to Monkey Temple. The family was super welcoming and friendly, doing everything they could to make my trip run smoothly. Because it was off‑peak, I had the dorm room to myself, which was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Kathmandu!
