Singing hills hotel

I had a great stay here, with the highlight being the wonderful view that I enjoyed during my visit.

The warmth and hospitality of the staff and owners here is truly exceptional. Unlike larger hotels that put on a show, you can feel the genuine kindness and sincerity towards guests. Everyone went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. My only minor complaint is that they only accept cash, which was inconvenient for us since we were traveling by bike and the cash reserves were sometimes low. The owners claimed the payment machine was faulty, but I'm not sure I buy that excuse.

Our stay at this hotel left us with unforgettable memories. The owner's exceptional service and warm hospitality made our trip truly special. We were lucky enough to be accommodated in rooms with a stunning view of a babbling mountain stream, which we also got to enjoy by taking a refreshing dip. The breakfast and dinner options were delicious, and we loved eating on the balcony with a view of the tea plantations. It was a truly idyllic experience.

“We love the place as its located outskirt of the Nuwara eliya which is like half a km away from city centre”

The owner of this hotel truly makes you feel at home with her friendly and welcoming demeanor, but I did notice that some basic amenities like bins and hangers were missing from the room.

My one-night stay at this hotel was excellent, with a spacious room that had a lovely view, was very clean and comfortable, and had a friendly and helpful staff.
