“Great”
The check‑in was quick, especially after hours, but it seemed like all the occupied rooms were grouped on one side; a little more quiet space or staggering them would have helped.
It was cheap but not worth the price. Blood was on the sheets, and the owner refused to give us a new room or a refund.
“Nasty filthy floors, bedspread had mystery stains! Toilet had dry urine on the seat!”
Nothing!. Filthy!!!

The room was very clean, spacious, and had plenty of tabletop space. There were a lot of fast‑food spots and conveniences nearby, and although it’s not far from downtown, I had to drive a few miles to the Cathedral and the Capital—no big deal. The property looked a little sketchy at first, but it turned out to be very comfortable, and I’d stay there again; the only downside was the lack of ice, which wasn’t a big deal.
The location was good. The cleanliness was lacking, the duvet cover was dirty and damaged, and there was noise from rooms on the sides.
