Everything I needed was within easy reach. The staff were super sweet, friendly, and helpful, and I even made friends there. The long flight and the stairs with heavy suitcases were tough, and the second‑bunk bed was hard to use because of my foot problems. Toilet paper was scarce.

They left me on the street the first night, didn’t answer any of the phone numbers given, and the code provided didn’t work. I highly do not recommend this place.

The people were safe and friendly. Cleanliness was lacking.

I appreciated that a reasonable person helped me find the bed, bedding, and even put the sheets on. I didn’t like the lack of cleanliness and the smells. The mattress was old, and you could feel the springs.
