Air-conditioned rooms feature refrigerators, electric kettles, flat-screen TVs, and ironing facilities. The hotel serves steaks, fish and chips, and more at its on-site restaurant and is a 5-minute drive from Clayton Train Station, 20-minute drive from St Kilda, and 25-minute drive from Melbourne city centre.

The general exterior could use a refresh, mainly the driveway has potholes.

The location is close to medical centers and the motel has a bistro right in front, so it’s amazing for people who don’t know the city. Rooms were clean, staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the meals were really nice. The only downside was that if you book through a third party you’re not told that a $100 bond is required at check‑in, so you’re left scrambling for money you didn’t expect.

The room was neat, tidy, and clean. I had Netflix and Wi‑Fi, a kettle, and one parking spot per room, so I didn’t worry about my car. The staff were polite and friendly, and it’s close to restaurants. However, I was told after paying that they hold a “Uni Night” every Wednesday from 9 pm to 1 am, which should have been mentioned before payment. I also had to pay a $100 damage bond on arrival, which is only refunded after inspection when I leave, and it can take 3–10 business days. The beds were too soft, the A/C fan made noise at all settings, there’s no toaster or microwave, and the shower was too dark because of poor lighting and dark tiles, making nighttime showers unsafe.
