Lovely pub. Couldn’t get heating sorted and was told to use a heating fan but didn’t have one.

“Lovely place”

The team was fantastic, going above and beyond on every request, especially a young gentleman whose name I didn’t catch. He was especially helpful and attentive.

“Amazing!!!!!!”

The place had a great vibe, a classic English pub vibe in a charming village. It was spotless and the interior was top‑tier. Our rooms featured a large bath, a big bed, air conditioning, and windows that opened. The stay felt relaxed and comfy. The restaurant food was superb, and our waitress was on point—handing us water before we asked, spotting empty glasses and refilling them, all while juggling other tables, yet she still seemed to focus on us. The rest of the staff matched that attentiveness and worked hard. This spot will be our go‑to when we head back to the Peak District.

The room was great with original touches, the staff were extremely friendly and service excellent, and the dinner was superb. The only downside was that it’s near the road, though that wasn’t a big deal.

“Fabulous stay at Boot Inn”

Everything the room was lovely. Bed very comfortable. Food amazing, staff friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Food on the expensive side but well worth the money. Loved it. My negative is limited parking
