“Great choice for families”

Communication with the cruise was great, making check‑in easy. The air‑conditioned waiting area had toilets and a café, and shops nearby were handy for last‑minute items. We got snacks, water, and beers, but they weren’t needed because the onboard food and drinks were plentiful, though alcohol was pricier as expected. The room was huge, and I loved having a balcony to sit out on the evening. The food provided was excellent, with a great selection that kept everyone happy, and there were heaps of options. Activities were fun and offered a good balance of rest time. The staff were all very helpful, and a shout‑out to Jessica for assisting our family during the trip. The kayaking was enjoyable, though I had expected it to be closer to the caves; otherwise, it was great fun.

Everything was flawless from start to finish: the rooms were spotless and large, the balcony was beautiful, the food was perfect, the beers and wine were a bit pricey but acceptable. We were a family of four and didn't want to book the top tier because it was getting expensive. This was a mid‑priced boat with high‑end fittings, very nice and very friendly staff – would definitely recommend. We took a boat tour to some caves and did a little kayaking, which was fun. Our kids enjoyed night squid fishing, and the pool on top was clean and enjoyable. The only downside was that we were hoping for a hike up to the caves, though I think they offer that on the 2‑day trip.

“Joli bateau confortable, avec une bonne restauration et une organisation efficace”

The hotel's design was really stylish and modern, but unfortunately, our family room for four had a major flaw - the bathroom was tiny and awkwardly placed. It was a shame because the rest of the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was also great, just a short walk from the city centre. Overall, it was a decent stay, but the bathroom issue was a bit of a letdown.

“Will recommend”

The hotel's location is a real plus, right in the heart of the city. Unfortunately, the noise from the street can be pretty loud, especially if you're a light sleeper. On the plus side, the staff were absolutely fantastic - super friendly and went out of their way to help with any questions or issues. They even managed to sort out a problem with my booking, which was a big relief.

“Leuke cruise, goede verzorging, leuk programma”

The beds were seriously amazing, and the crew was super friendly - they really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The food was also really good, but what was a bit of a letdown was the tour guide's English - it was pretty basic, which was a bit of a surprise since you'd expect more from the official tour leader.
