We had a fantastic stay; the host was very kind and we enjoyed a lovely dinner at the restaurant. Buying breakfast is recommended because nothing else opens early. We would stay again. No real complaints.

We used the country inn for a layover. It’s about 15 minutes from the A7. The hosts welcomed us warmly. On our arrival day it was a day off, and we were the only guests, yet we were served a tasty dinner. The next morning’s breakfast was also as requested. The whole house exudes a nostalgic charm. Everything is well maintained and works perfectly. We felt very comfortable. The location, right in the town center opposite the two churches with their fairy‑tale and worth‑seeing side buildings, is also very nice. It was great that we could open all the windows wide at night despite the high temperatures. Insect screens made that possible. Those who have issues with “country air” and an early rooster cry might be disturbed. We were only awakened by the diligent farmers with their tractors, but I don’t blame the house. We had no real criticisms.

The food was good and the staff were friendly, but the penthouse was very warm and it would have been nice to have a fridge for drinks; the shower could have been nicer.
