The beds were comfy and the AC worked well, but roaches were a problem.

El personal es muy negligente, y no hay desayuno; llegamos de noche y no nos abrieron las puertas del hotel.

The place is well‑located, but there’s no ice machine and the smell is old.

The staff was helpful and usually pleasant; my room stayed cool thanks to the AC, which was a relief from Houston’s summer heat, and it’s close to major attractions with a supermarket just about 3 minutes away, plus the laundry service runs efficiently. The hot water in the bathroom was almost never available, and the room was infested with cockroaches even after pest control visited.
