The welcome was very friendly, and you can check in at any time, day or night. The room was clean, and the blankets were plenty, so I didn’t feel cold at night.
The staff were very kind, and overall the place is nice and cozy. The rooms were extremely cold, and no prior notice was given about the low temperature. Wi‑Fi was spotty. There is no key at the main door; you always have to inform the staff early in the morning, which is a bit inconvenient.
