The location was a major plus, with a lovely view of the trees and river from the patio. However, that's where the positives ended. We were left fumbling for basic essentials like plastic cups and coffee mugs, despite having a coffee machine and coffee. The ice machines were out of order, except by chance we stumbled upon one working on the fourth floor. The ancient TV was the final nail in the coffin.

I was really looking forward to a decent breakfast, but it seemed like an afterthought. The room itself was a different story - it was dirty, with a balcony that was home to a bees' nest and spider webs galore. To make matters worse, there was a coffee maker but no coffee mugs to be found.

This place had all the basics covered - it was clean and had everything we needed. However, the lack of staff in the lobby was a bit of a letdown, and the fact that we had to pay extra for access to the Waterpark was a bit of a surprise.

The biggest issue with our stay was that we never got wristbands for the Waterpark, which was a major bummer.

We really enjoyed our stay, thanks to the comfortable and spacious room. However, finding the area of our reservation was a bit of a challenge - it seemed like many people were lost, but we all managed to help each other out and figure things out.
