“Issues with bathroom odors and missing window screens resulted in a disappointing experience”

I recently stayed at this hotel in January 2026, but unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it due to some major issues. The bathroom had a terrible smell, and when I tried to air it out by opening the window, I found that there was no screen, allowing mosquitoes to enter and bite me. The hotel's affordability was a plus, but the problems I encountered far outweighed the low price.

While the hotel's location was a major plus, my stay was plagued by numerous issues. The room lacked basic amenities like a trash can, and the cleaning service was only available upon request, leaving me to deal with dirty towels and an unclean room. To make matters worse, the room was humid, had no air conditioning, and the hot water didn't work one day, forcing me to take a cold shower. For a short stay, it might be passable, but I wouldn't recommend it for longer.

The hotel's staff was friendly, despite not speaking much English, and the location was excellent, with a nearby supermarket and bus terminal making it convenient. However, my stay was marred by several issues, including a dirty and smelly bathroom, weak shower pressure, and a complete lack of hot water during checkout. To top it off, there was no hanger in the room. While the staff was kind, the hotel's problems made my stay unpleasant.

I was initially impressed by the hotel's location, but unfortunately, my stay was marred by a series of issues. Upon arrival, our room was dirty, and we had to request for it to be cleaned. The water was also not hot, and we were only provided with a single towel for the two of us. To make matters worse, the receptionist was blasting music on their phone, which was audible from our room. We had to ask them to turn it down.
