The location and cleanliness were tolerable, but the building was in very poor condition. The TV was broken and tiny, there was no soap or hygiene kit in the rooms, and breakfast was extremely simple and basic.

The location was good, but the organization, breakfast, and linens were all old and of terrible quality.

The place was close to the center, but the location was also described as good.

The location and staff were excellent, right in the center of Maringá and near everything important, yet the room had mold and the bedding showed signs of dirt and dust.

The hotel works for a one‑night layover because it’s well located and the room is a good size. The service was lacking.
