The place was quiet, spotless, and airy, and when I opened the curtains I could see the whole Ecopark—really stunning. The staff were attentive, cheerful, and friendly.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the business is run by a family who are all very nice. It was a bit tricky to catch a Grab or Xanh SM because the location is a little far from Hanoi.
