家族経営のLuisさんValentinaさんは大変親切な方たちでした。 チェックインの前からメッセージをくださり、チェックイン時間前に到着した時の荷物の預け先などを紹介してくれました。チェックインもわかりやすく、到着後は宿でくつろげました。 滞在中の連絡も丁寧で、宿泊者の立場を考えながら訪ねたことに誠意をもって対応してくださいました。おかげで、２泊の3日の滞在中、安心感と温かみを感じながらオリヴエートで過ごすことができました。 立地もよく、街の中心部にも近く、旧市街の雰囲気の中での滞在を楽しめました。スーパー(PAM)も近くにあり便利でした。バーニョレッジョ行きのバスや荷物を引いてカヘン広場に行くときは北側のローマ通りVia Rome(石畳が少ない)を使うと楽でした。 Luis, Valentina: grazie mille! Close to the city center. The hosts were attentive, with a mini fridge in the room stocked with water, drinks, and aperitif. There was also a coffee/tea machine and a kettle. Nothing to report.

Convenient, with everything needed. The quiet street was functional and well‑located. The staff were extremely friendly and ready to help with anything.

A small, lovely apartment in the heart of Old Town Urbieta. The room was very clean, well‑furnished, and tastefully decorated. The price was definitely worth it for what was offered. Recommended for anyone coming to Urbieta. We liked everything.
