The whole family had a fantastic time; the kids loved the pools and drinks, the forum events were very entertaining and the food was tasty, and the waiters and bartenders were excellent. The only suggestion is that the check‑in process could be faster.

Nothing positive. I arrived at the property in poor condition, paid in cash, and they never refunded my money.

The staff were friendly, but we couldn’t enjoy the pool because they took more than a day to clean it.

Everything else was fine – the price was reasonable, the entertainment and staff were great, interacting with other guests was pleasant, and the pool was nice and clean. However, the front desk staff who was supposed to welcome us had a very bad attitude, almost rolling their eyes when we asked about the room or the hotel. I was also unhappy that there were no bed spreads or blankets; we asked the reception for a blanket, but no one was at the desk, and the person at the gate tried to call for help but nobody answered, so we had to cover ourselves with beach towels.
The night camp for my kids and the receptionist’s service that night were the only positives. It was after 4 pm and my room still wasn’t ready; we had to wait because they didn’t know which room to give us. We were first assigned a dirty room, then a second one that wasn’t dirty but the kids wanted to go to the pools and we realized there was no light. The room was missing a pillow, I asked for help at reception, they sent maintenance but nothing was fixed. I decided to leave, and even when we returned for dinner that night, the kind receptionist changed our room. The new room was excellent, though it had no phone, but everything else was fine. The drinks were not to my liking.
