The room was great, exactly what we needed, with a lovely park across the road and a short walk into town; Eduardo was an absolute gem—friendly and helpful—and all the other staff were equally lovely.

A truly wonderful stay. The location is unbeatable, ideal for exploring Florence and having many of its iconic spots within reach. The view is simply spectacular, one of those that make the travel experience even more special. But what stands out most is the warmth of the staff: friendly, attentive, approachable, and always ready to help, making you feel genuinely welcomed. A place that blends location, charm, and exceptional service perfectly. We would definitely return and wholeheartedly recommend it.

A spacious, beautiful room with a view of the Duomo. Plenty of minibar, smart TV, and enough power outlets. It could have been a bit more relaxed, and the downstairs door was quite heavy to open.
