The room was spacious and had a jacuzzi bathtub, yet there was barely any hot water and the pressure was lacking.

The hotel was beautiful with a fantastic view, an oasis in the Sacred Valley. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the restaurant food was great. We were greeted with a welcome cocktail, filtered water was available 24/7, and breakfast was good with eggs available on request. The room was a bit cool because the water heater didn’t work fully; the staff gave us a small oil heater to keep it warm enough. More lighting is needed in the bathroom area.

Casa Eva provided an awesome experience right in the Andes. The service was amazing, taking care of every detail from delicious breakfasts and dinners to the quality and freshness of the bed linen and towels. Our room was beautiful and comfortable, and we slept best in such a calm environment. We didn’t want to leave.
