I stayed in a brand‑new room with a sleek bathroom and shower, and the breakfast was tasty. It’s close to Belluno and the stunning Bellunesi Dolomiti. No complaints.

The place was exactly as described, almost brand new, and the bathrooms were in excellent condition. The “breakfast box” was a bit odd at first, but there was something for everyone.

The location was truly wonderful, surrounded by greenery, impeccably maintained, brand‑new, modern, and spotless, with everything you need. The mattress was super comfortable, the shower huge and modern, and the breakfast plentiful. A couple of very kind guys ran the place. All in all, everything was great. Highly recommend for a quick break and to visit the nearby Bellunesi Dolomites and other spots.
