The place is wonderfully equipped, with a great pool and a beautiful beach, and the staff are exceptionally friendly. The downside is that it’s a bit remote, so you can’t easily walk to a restaurant nearby, making the menu selection a bit tricky for a week‑long stay.

Everything from the accommodation, staff, beach, and pool was just perfect for us. The staff were super friendly, and the breakfast and dinner were outstanding, completing the whole experience. Absolutely top tier. I couldn’t find any negatives.

The staff were excellent and attentive, the hotel is new and well maintained, and the breakfast and restaurant were very good with a well‑managed menu of fresh, homemade dishes. I recommend the cooking class and the massage. Occasionally there’s a bit of outside noise, but it’s rare and only in the morning.

The hotel is set away from tourist towns, making it an ideal spot to unwind. The staff are engaged and helpful with everything. The food is very good and varied, partly featuring vegetables from the on‑site garden. The hotel beach is clean. They provide a transfer from the port and also transport to selected places on Lombok (tours, beaches, diving). Everything was fine.
