“Top top”
Everything was fine.
“Normal”
My initial stay at this hotel was amazing, but unfortunately, it seems to have declined significantly since then. The hotel now feels old and dirty, with bad smells and a lot of noise from the street. The first time I stayed here, I was impressed, but now it's a different story. The hotel's decline has been disappointing.
“لولا الموقع لا انصح النزول فيه”
The hotel's location and spacious suite were definite positives during my stay. However, I was thoroughly unimpressed with the service I received, which was the worst I've experienced at any hotel. The room service was also subpar.
“😩”
The hotel's location was its strongest point, but unfortunately, it wasn't enough to make up for the outdated furniture and lack of cleanliness. I had to request the cleaning staff to come to my room, which wasn't a standard service, and the people at the front desk seemed limited in their ability to assist me. The hotel's location was a major draw, but the other aspects of my stay fell short.
“Disapponting”
Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by a number of issues, including a dirty room, dirty silverware, and a cockroach in the kitchen. To make matters worse, the hotel didn't clean my room when I left, even after I requested it, and they charged me for packages that I had received. The lack of cleanliness and poor service made my stay unpleasant.
