We arrived at the hotel, called the front desk, and the receptionist said there were no available rooms. He told us to cancel the reservation. Another guest nearby was also denied entry and was told the same thing. I contacted Booking support, but it was too late and I had to book a more expensive hotel elsewhere. Afterward, the receptionist tried to swipe my credit card again. Service was terrible. I do not recommend this place.

Beware, this is a scam! Multiple attempts were made to charge incorrect amounts from my account for the stay, even after the reservation was cancelled. The hotel has not responded to any attempts to contact them.

Please i want a refund about this hotel as i did not stay there!!! I COULD NOT STAY THERE AS I COULD NOT FIND THE HOTEL, NO ADRESS NO PHONE NUMBER NO RECEPTIONIST!!!! I AM ASKING FOR THE REFUND AND I AM SO SAD THAT YOU HAVE CHARGED ME WITHOUT KNOWING THAT I HAD USE THE HOTEL OR NOT THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!. Please i want a refund about this hotel as i did not stay there!!! I COULD NOT STAY THERE AS I COULD NOT FIND THE HOTEL, NO ADRESS NO PHONE NUMBER NO RECEPTIONIST!!!! The staff were very friendly and a simple breakfast was included, but the listing said €57 for three nights yet when I arrived my reservation number had vanished from their system, so I ended up paying €120 for the three nights—a lucky break because a room just opened up; the room was rather dirty and we had to push for extra blankets, only one sheet was in the room on arrival.

The owner simply did not accept us, saying there was no reservation, etc. It was just for a quick bite and a bit of time, but even that I would not recommend. The owner was horrible, never answered the phone, and we got soaked in the rain.
