“We needed a place to stay for a wedding, it was close to it and it worked out.”

The staff were friendly. The breakfast could be better – it was pretty simple, mostly cold, and the pork gravy was cold and unpleasant. Our bathroom had a dirty shower curtain with black stains/black mold at the bottom, and our floors were also dirty and un‑mopped.

“Not worth the money.”

The building clearly needs a facelift; after pulling out, a strong marijuana smell hit us, and we found used joints on the pavement. Inside, exposed wiring hovered over the bathroom sink, which feels like an electrical code violation. The caulking around the toilet and shower was filthy with mildew, and the hallway closet near the lobby had doors that were misaligned and wouldn’t close properly.

“Very dirty would not stay here again”

The bed was comfortable, yet the room was a mess. We didn’t spot any bed bugs, or we would have left, but the floor looked freshly flooded, cobwebs filled the space, and the walls were so thin we were woken by a truck outside our room early in the morning.
