Price, friendly staff. Minimal service package to stay for a low price. It might be noisy.

Clean. Convenient location. Pleasant and friendly staff. Everything needed is in the room. It’s hard to say. You can get attached to some imagined little things, but those will only be individual quirks. In fact, it’s not scary to walk barefoot in the room, you can comfortably lie in bed and shower. That’s super.
