Barracuda Suite Sea View & Dinner Experience

We spent five wonderful days on Ischia. The villa is in a quiet, secluded spot with a stunning panoramic view. The hosts are very kind, attentive, and good people. Franco is a master of his craft, cooking us dishes from fresh sea products. Thanks for the hospitality; we’ll definitely come back.

The place sits in an amazing spot, overlooking the Aragonese Castle and Ischia – it’s breathtaking. It’s not in the center, but you can reach it easily by public transport or a rental car. The peace is priceless! The room was huge, spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. There’s a small garden where you can sit to relax or have an aperitif (we even found it in the room!) while enjoying the view. Two big perks were the excellent on‑site restaurant for dinners – romantic and quiet – and the manager’s kindness. He didn’t just pamper us; he even took us to the port! We’ll definitely come back.

“Go on vacation and you find a home away from home.”

The facility was great, the views were breathtaking, and the family running it are just lovely and wonderful people, very accommodating – they made our stay feel like home. Nothing about the Barracuda, but the buses you rely on to get you down to the port area had a somewhat limited frequency because one of the lines had a broken bus.

The location was spectacular, breakfast was ok. The whole family makes an effort to make sure everything is ok – that’s what sets it apart from staying in hotels. Beds and pillows were too hard for us, but that was us.
