I loved the vibe! They made me feel at home, the atmosphere is youthful and cozy, all the staff are fantastic, the facilities are clean, spacious, and the room is comfortable. The location is perfect, a block from the metro station, and there’s plenty of shops nearby, so it’s easy to find places to eat or buy without much searching. When I arrived, they told me they had no record of my reservation even though I’d booked almost two weeks earlier, so I had to wait about 30 minutes before I could check in. The staff was very friendly, gave me a tour of the place, and provided all the necessary information about the accommodation.
