Nothing good to say. The wardrobe was missing, the shower was filthy and unusable, the toilet looked scary, and someone’s hair was on the bed; the sink tap was difficult to open and close, the bathroom smelled awful, there was no insulation, the walls had stains, it was very noisy, and I couldn’t relax—absolutely terrible, I wouldn’t stay here again, not even for free.

Only the guest‑friendly Natalia was a plus; the hotel itself was awful—stale odors, squeaky mattress, broken TV, dirty walls and ceiling; I do not recommend it.

It was decent, but not quite like the photos.

There was no breakfast, and the location was far from the train station; we could have used disposable slippers, and the room door didn’t seal tightly.

I liked the location because it was close to the shopping center and there were places to eat and walk with a stroller. The view from the window wasn’t great, but everything else was fine. I would have preferred a more modern room. Everything was otherwise normal.
