I was initially impressed by the hotel's good location, stunning view, and friendly staff, but unfortunately, my stay was marred by the hotel's lack of maintenance and cleaning. It's clear that this is a common problem in Nusa, and I was disappointed to see that the hotel didn't seem to be taking steps to address it. While the staff were friendly, the hotel's overall condition was a major letdown.

The ocean views from our room were stunning, and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. However, the hotel lacked a restaurant for lunch and dinner, and we were far from any shops or restaurants, making it necessary to rent a scooter or take a taxi to get around.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel, with its beautiful views and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a family vacation. However, it was a shame that the hotel restaurant was closed in the evenings, and we also found some small insects in our room.

I was initially drawn in by the breathtaking view of Mount Agnung from my room, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by the hotel's complete lack of amenities and services. There was no staff to speak of, no kitchen, and no facilities to be found, making my stay feel like a ghost town. The staff I did encounter seemed completely unhelpful and uninformed, which only added to my frustration.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a disaster from start to finish. The rooms were disgustingly dirty, the swimming pool was smelly, and the hotel was almost empty, which made it feel scary at night. To make matters worse, the staff seemed completely unattentive and unhelpful whenever I needed them. Overall, I would strongly advise against booking this hotel due to its numerous cleanliness and service issues.
