“Für Kurztrip ein gutes Hotel”

The hotel was spotlessly clean, the service and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the rooms were modern and spacious. The food at the restaurant was truly delicious. However, we stayed in the suite on the parking side, and at 3:45 am a delivery truck parked right next to the hotel for 40 minutes. Even with the window closed, the noise was loud and annoying, especially for guests who checked in later and had to wait 10 minutes on the parking lot with the engine running.

“A nice hotel for Strasbourg stays”

We stopped at this hotel for a quick layover, and it was a pleasant experience. The facilities were excellent, and the bar and dining area were cleverly designed. The staff were both helpful and friendly.

The hotel and its thermal spa were very beautiful. The staff were pleasant and the location was great.

“Okay stay”

The suite was nice and the staff were friendly. The restaurant staff were amazing. Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning, no iron, and no phone in the room to call reception. The double beds had only single duvets. The hotel staff locked the front door at 9 pm, leaving me in the car park banging on the front door, even though they had told me earlier that the door wouldn’t be locked until 10 pm. When I finally got in, the person left me waiting another 20 minutes.

It was a lovely wellness weekend. I’d definitely come back.
