I was staying during a remodel, and they swapped my room for a better one; it was great, everything was spotless and the security cameras gave me peace of mind. The only downside was that we visited during the sargazo season and the beach wasn’t clean, but that’s not the hotel’s fault; the hotel’s own space stayed immaculate.

“One of the most beautiful hotels in the area for a great price”

Zahila and Angie were amazing and friendly, and they moved us into a Panamera room while Tuup was being refreshed, which was perfect because that room had been on my wish list for a while—what a beautiful place! The location is a bit far from everything, but it’s a short walk to Matcha Mama, which is the most important spot for me 😎

“Two nights on a lovely beach with beautiful facilities.”

We received a room upgrade and fell in love with the Panarama hotel. The rooms were lovely, the pools and beach with sunbeds were great, and parking was right in front or available with valet. The service overall was good. Unfortunately, there was no hot water in the shower.

The staff was very attentive, the facilities were perfect, and the location was very good.

The rooms I was given weren’t the ones I had booked, but they placed me in better ones and the sea was right next to the room—sad that there was sargazo, but the hotel itself was fine. They put high‑priced products in the room; we Mexicans use pesos, so a foreigner with dollars might not see the price as high because the currency is 18 times ours. They charge 2500 for a bathrobe, which you only get if you actually use it; I didn’t even look at it, lol, and they’ll charge you for just looking.
