Everything matched the photos: clean, cozy, and truly wonderful. The staff were kind, polite, and friendly, and the paprika cafe where breakfast is served offers a calm, peaceful vibe with Shawn and Dennis being just the right people to be around. I felt a strong connection to the place and its people—thank you for staying amazing. I loved every second spent here.

The apartment was roomy with good facilities; the bathroom was clean, the beds comfortable, and the washing machine and fridge were convenient. The balcony was large. Breakfast fell short of expectations, and there was no phone in the apartment to call reception, so we had to use our mobile. When we arrived, there was no kettle or gas stove, but after we mentioned it, reception supplied a kettle and a hot plate. The floor was wet and slippery from soapy water, causing my daughter to slip and forcing us to clean the floors to prevent further incidents. The staff could benefit from a bit more training in customer service communication.
