The location is perfect and the front desk staff were very friendly, but the room had major problems: a leaking water valve on the sink would flood the bathroom floor, so we had to keep a trash can under it and drain it often. The staff were told but maintenance was unavailable over the weekend. Most electrical outlets were faulty, extremely worn out, and loose, leaving only two usable outlets for charging electronics. The refrigerator control didn’t work properly, freezing our drinks and then melting our ice cream.

Convenient, pet friendly, close to the highway. Dirty towels left in the bathroom, the toilet wasn’t working, and the room smelled musty.

I liked the breakfast, but the pool was shut down, which was a let‑down for the kids, and the room was missing a hairdryer and a microwave even though they were advertised.
