We stayed there on our wedding day! The room was decorated with rose petals, Dana brought a small cake with a heart and a bottle of grape juice—no alcohol for me—she was very generous and attentive! Thank you for making our day so beautiful! Everything was elegant and lovely, except that when I tried to book directly by phone, the young lady said nothing was available and that it was 95 % booked; she was awkward—at 19:00 she should have offered a callback for the next day. I ended up booking through Booking instead.

“Ein solides, hochwertiges Hotel mit Geschichte”

The hotel delivers an overall pleasant stay in the upscale price range; everything is well maintained and organized from reception to checkout. The staff are friendly, attentive, and keep a relaxed atmosphere without imposing. The breakfast buffet is generous and varied, with fresh items that leave few wishes unfulfilled. The pool area is nicely designed, clean, and perfect for a quick break. Rooms are comfortable, made with high‑quality materials and a clear, traditional style. It’s a high‑end hotel that wins with reliability, cleanliness, and good service. However, despite an otherwise enjoyable stay, the breakfast service had clear shortcomings: we had to wait unusually long for a table, and it seemed the team was overwhelmed by the high guest volume. Ordering coffee took almost 20 minutes, and it took just as long to be served. We can’t say if this was an isolated incident or if we caught a particularly busy morning, but in a hotel of this size and reputation we would expect a more efficient and better‑organized breakfast.

Very nice, clean, stylish, and the staff were very friendly. I would have liked a comprehensive briefing on how to use the thermal spa at the start of our stay; on the last day we were only told that the spa would no longer be free after departure, which wasn’t the case last year.

Top service, everyone extremely friendly and accommodating. The food was wonderful and the spa was fantastic, leaving no wishes unfulfilled. The only downside was that we were only there for one night. 😉

I was thrilled with the hotel, but the toilet was blocked when I arrived and my luggage went missing for a long time; the valet parking was missed, yet the hotel compensated by offering champagne.
