The owner grabbed our passports and held them for hours, gave us keys that didn’t work, and we couldn’t leave or re‑enter the property. It was frightening and unsafe. He ignored calls and messages on the platform and WhatsApp until the police arrived, when he and his staff finally appeared.

The location was excellent, with convenient street parking. The kitchenette and panoramic terrace let us enjoy a beautiful sunrise. The owner was very cordial and friendly.

The room met every expectation, though the bathroom and shower were small enough to be uncomfortable for larger people; being a 1200‑year‑old building, that’s understandable. The stunning valley view from the balcony more than made up for it.
