The location was great, but the room felt a bit worn and old, and there was a huge ventilation unit right outside the window. I stayed on the 4th floor.

“Would stay again for a business trip.”

The place is super central and the room is spacious enough for a solo traveler, with a spectacular view of the Empire State. Everything I needed was nearby, the staff were genuinely friendly, the free Wi‑Fi was strong, and they handled several packages for me with care. However, the hotel still looked a bit old; the door had cracks around the keyhole and was made of old wood, and I could hear other rooms clearly. The shower was dated and its door didn’t close all the way. Breakfast wasn’t up to the standard I’d expect for an $800 room, but it was acceptable and might suit some guests.

“Very nice stay”

The place was clean and nice, but the electronic lock or door‑card system kept malfunctioning.

The reception staff were amazing when we arrived, offering extra water and snacks, and they were super helpful in showing us around and explaining how to get around; she was the highlight of our stay and even stored our luggage after check‑out. Breakfast was very good and complete, and the location was perfect—just a block from Times Square and close to everything. I loved it. Everything was fine.
