This was the worst experience I've ever had in my vacations. It is not a place to stay at all. The owners themselves ( a lady and her husband ) are not even living here and if you are in trouble it will be your own duty to solve it. For the check in no one was there. I asked desperately a guy in the supermarket nearby if he may help me. at the beginning he refused having anything to do with this place but I saw him very often using the shower at so called restaurant of the place. At the end he was also the one giving me the keys. The day after there were no breakfast cause the lady had very important religious ceremony to participate. The same for the last day of my check out. She easily said today no breakfast! The breakfast itself was a super basic option thoroughly different than what you see in photos of . 3 nights of 4 nights of my stay there was a power cut off from around 17:00 to 22:30. On the night before check out it started even from 14:00 to 22:30. All the nights I stood alone in that horrible place alone as there were no any other guests or the owners there. Funny thing the small resort next to this place had motor engines and with that they had power all the time. Even the guy in supermarket had power but I preferred keep distance from him for not falling in any other trouble. Only the last night the owner was during cut off there ( sometime around 19:00 ) I asked how long it will still take until the power is back and she only repeated go sleep go sleep. I am not sure if she really could not understand me or she did so as if she can't. Even using translator was not helpful until I said I need taxi after check out. Suddenly she could understand me very well and even discuss with me for the price

Less than 10 mins walk to Kelingking. Clean comfortable rooms with a nice garden view, very nice shower & comfortable beds. Amenities were very basic

The place has a great location and an amazing owner. The room feels very pleasant and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The restaurant on the upper floor offers a beautiful view and excellent food.

We enjoyed a wonderful and relaxing stay. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the whole property exudes a peaceful, soothing vibe. The garden is stunning and impeccably maintained. The spot is perfect, just a five‑minute walk from the famed Kelingking Beach, which was super convenient for us. A special shout‑out to the lovely lady at the property—she was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout, always smiling and radiating positive energy that made us feel truly welcome. The hospitality added an extra layer of enjoyment to our visit. We’d definitely recommend Palma House Kelingking to anyone heading to Nusa Penida. Thanks for everything!
