The Moderno Hotel Roma - Adults Only is a 5-minute walk from Rome's Termini Train Station. This hotel offers free Wi-Fi, air-conditioned rooms with 39” LCD TVs, a restaurant serving Roman specialties, and a snack bar. A generous buffet breakfast is served, and rooms feature safes, minibars, and carpeted floors. The hotel's proximity to metro lines allows easy access to Vatican City, Spanish Steps, and the Colosseum.

The room is really small, and the bathroom door doesn’t close properly. Breakfast is good and the staff are very helpful.

They offered a wide range of free activities and the front‑desk staff were attentive. However, the room was poorly sound‑proofed, so hallway traffic could be heard sometimes. The pillows were too low and the closet was open with a visible, high bar, leaving little privacy for belongings.

The staff were excellent, especially Emma at reception who was very personable and made check‑in smooth. Breakfast had a good variety and the room was adequate. I received a complimentary upgrade thanks to Alexandra, which gave me a very large room overlooking the square outside. Reception offered free tours and experiences, which was a nice addition. The room’s décor felt off—bright green floor, purple furniture, and off‑purple walls. Compared to other Italian hotels I stayed at this summer, it didn’t quite reach 4‑star quality. The hotel also sent a lot of communication: 5 emails and 5 texts over about four days, asking me to check in online and confirm my checkout time, which felt unnecessary.
