The hotel had a cool old vibe but needed some updates, and the room had very little light.

“Disappointing for the money”

Location. Room very warm, couldn’t control temp. TV didn’t work correctly. Provided only 1/8 of a roll of toilet paper

“We will definitely be back next time we are in town.”

We skipped the hotel breakfast and grabbed omelets and pancakes down the street instead; the staff were friendly and helpful, and the bed was comfy, but the windows were so dirty we couldn't enjoy the view.

The staff were excellent, the room and bathroom were spacious and spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and laundry was free for guests; the lobby felt cozy for chatting, there was a clothesline in the bathroom, the location was great, parking was free, and coffee was available 24/7—this old hotel is charming and deserves a facelift, despite some issues. However, there were no storage spots for toiletry bags in the bathrooms, no decaf coffee offered (though you could brew it yourself), the breakfast and fitness room were minimal, renovations left some carpets worn, one elevator was out of order, and the bar and restaurant were closed, which was disappointing. Still, we’d stay again.
