The place was very pleasant – tidy and well maintained. The breakfasts were tasty, but the mattresses felt too soft, leaving me with back pain each morning, and they seemed to heat up oddly. This is my and my husband's opinion.

The restaurant staff were courteous and the pool and spa were enjoyable. However, the room furnishings look worn out, especially the armchairs and sofa, and the bed mattress was too soft.

I always say a hotel is judged by its breakfast, and this one delivered royal fare throughout my stay. On arrival, we discovered that the bikes were available but the lockboxes were missing from the house. Thanks to the gentleman who worked the reception and the manager on Saturday 03.10, and despite the absence of a maintenance worker, everything was arranged to free the bikes and secure the batteries. Though the paperwork was a bit chaotic, we spent two days hiking in the mountains, enjoying stunning views, and later the hotel’s evening activities. I wholeheartedly recommend this property 10/10. The only note is that the sauna area is non-textile, and the hot saunas are great, but guests in plastic swimsuits often fail to realize the harm they’re doing to themselves.

Breakfast was varied, but parking costs 70 PLN per day and the spa entrance is 60 PLN. Communication with staff was difficult; fluent English was not enough.
