I was really impressed with how quickly they changed my room after I reported some issues. However, the initial room was a disaster - the bathroom was clogged and they just fixed it without even checking. And to make matters worse, the new room had a hole in the wall. It's just not the kind of service I expect from a hotel.

I paid a super low price for this hotel, and while it's beautiful, modern, and clean, my room was tiny. The bathroom was huge, but the space to move around was really cramped. And to top it off, they only provided small towels instead of actual bath towels. I get that it's a cultural thing, but I think a hotel that caters to international guests should provide proper towels. Still, it was worth it, and I'd definitely come back to Jeju.
