The resort was spacious, clean, modern, with a nice design that made you feel good, and the pool was great. Most rooms with private pools are located near the access path from the downhill side toward the restaurant uphill; we were lucky to have a room with some privacy because of a small tree, but the others lack privacy and feel like a parking lot. I wouldn’t have liked to use the pool if I were in those rooms. The hotel is still new, so maybe the bushes will grow more in those areas. There isn’t much to do nearby—you need a car to go anywhere else.

Everything was great: from welcoming to facilities, design, lifestyle, food options. We also good a free room upgrade and enjoyed the yoga morning session. All was great

The hotel was new, modern and the staff very friendly. The air conditioning was really strong and the music by the pool was too loud from early afternoon, making it impossible to relax; a good DJ for the aperitif hour is fine, but having the music at full volume (we measured the decibels) all afternoon is really unpleasant, especially in such a beautiful place.

The hotel was beautifully finished, modern, stylish, with a great pool, friendly staff, and nice rooms. We had some water‑pressure issues in our room, but the staff were extremely helpful, attentive, and offered alternative rooms right away. There were a few teething problems typical of a new property, but we left very happy with our stay at Innside. The only downside is that it’s a 35‑minute walk to Elounda for other food options, which is inconvenient if you want to leave the car; however, the Ferryman restaurant, recommended by the hotel, is worth the walk.

Extremely clean, comfiest bed and great amenities! The pool was amazing and their sunbeds were very comfy. The view overlooking the pool was breathtaking. I can’t fault anything to be honest. The staff were very lovely and accommodating. The breakfast buffet had a nice, fresh selection of food and their Al la carte menu for dinner was amazing! Highly recommend booking for dinner at their restaurant
